At Prinaya, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand process. We strive to deliver high-quality products and a great customer experience. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
As all products are custom-made upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Color preferences
- Personal preferences after delivery
Please refer to product descriptions and size charts before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Incorrectly printed
- Different from what you ordered
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos showing the issue
After verification, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- A refund
- Store credit
at our discretion.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if production has not yet started.
Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
- Minor variations in color caused by screen display differences
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Normal wear and tear after use
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
